Our annual Keystone Dinner and Auction for Kids is our biggest fundraising event with 100% of the net proceeds going directly to support the children we serve. Event Program Ad Guidelines: Listed below are the ad guidelines, as per our printer. Please be sure to submit your ad no later than Friday, September 11, via email to Yanira Salazar at yanira@southbayclubs.org. Ad must be no larger than 43⁄4”x8”. Ad can be submitted in one of the following types of files: TIFF, JPG, PDF Ad must be in black and white / grayscale. Ad must be done 300 dpi or better (72 dpi will not print well). Ad can be done on a Mac or PC in any of the following programs: Quark, Corel, Illustrator, Freehand, PageMaker, Word (should be exported to TIF (for MAC) JPG or PDF. File must include all FONTS and TIFF files or the printer cannot accept them. Please include a hard copy of the ad via fax or email. This will act a visual aid to help the printer ensure your ad is printed correctly.
